This house was built into the mountainside, and the top floor features a view of the Oslofjord.
The playful use of shapes is consistent throughout the house and underscored by the sculptural modules in the kitchen that are built into one another. Ovens protrude from the white wall cabinet, the grey rear wall also features two levels and on the kitchen island the white composite stone is at a different height from the 5 mm solid steel plate. Hood and square light fixture from Kreon take aim from the ceiling. A food preparation zone has been established on the kitchen island by the large sink, while cleaning and dishwashing takes places by the sink situated by the rear wall. The coloured lamps are made from jam jars with the classic Norgesglass logo that come from the customer’s grandmother’s pantry. Chairs from Montana.
